About Us

Harry J. Shea is a seasoned and accomplished sales and marketing executive whose success has been achieved through effective planning with an awareness of customer needs and an instinct for what sells.


Harry’s career spans over 25 years working for closely held companies where leveraging resources and working with a sense of urgency resonated daily. In addition, Harry’s career experience includes launching numerous new products, launching a new start-up company as well as leading two acquisitions in Ontario, Canada which were merged into one stand-alone company where he served as President. Harry left corporate America as Executive VP Sales & Marketing Custom Industries and President Custom Canada.


In 1998, Harry launched HS TRADING as a market analysis, sales consulting and international trade company. Today, it is focused exclusively on consulting with Dutch companies wanting to take their business to the next level including export to North America.


Harry has a BBA in Finance from Loyola University of Chicago. He is also a graduate of the Crosby Quality Management College.

John McGrail

John’s business experience has been equally balanced between supply chain management and business leadership in challenging assignments in private equity firms as well as some large US public corporations across several verticals (US military, CPG, financial services, B2C, import and retail).


As Director of Logistics, John leads supply chain and finance strategy for clients including extensive modeling of end-to-end supply chain expense, distributor agreements, as well as pricing and profit margin management.


John has a BS degree in Engineering from United States Military Academy at West Point, New York.
